2001 Buick Lesabre Water Pump

I notice drops of the brown Radiator coollant under my Buick in waterPump area is this a sign that trhe water Pump might be going out? The Buick water temp guage showes no overheating at this time. I understand the these water pump give this tell tale sign whem going out.
