what is the brightest replacement bulb available for my lesabre

I believe the max allowed is 55 watts for low beams and 65 watts for high beams. There is a large variety of bulbs available today that shine in different parts of the color spectrum (some look kind of blue). Some people like the color or brightness that some of these newer bulbs produce
