1994 Buick Lesabre Engine won't start

1994 Buick Lesabre 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

The battery is good and the starter works. Also 12.4 volts is getting to the starter, but when you turn the key nothing happens. How do I test the safety netural switch and the ignition switch to see if these parts are bad.

If you can use a voltmeter to read of voltages-you can find the problem thru the Start Circuit EWD below
