Can you use the brake pads and rotors off of a 1996 Chevrolet S10 put them on the car listed above? also, are there any other suspension parts on the Chevrolet S10 that I could use on the car listed above? please and thank you.

Not much is going to interchange on those two vehicles. The Venture was built using the front suspension and parts common to the mid sized cars GM made in those years (Regal, Century, Grand Prix). The S10 used heavier and larger parts.
