third brake light and the driver's side running, and brake lights does not work?

The third brake light and the driver's side running, and brake light does not work but blinker works changed bulbs and checked fuses, can't figure out what is going on with it.

It sounds like the IPM is out but to be sure, here is a guide to check for power at the fuse inside the IPM which are mentioned in the brake and running light wiring diagrams below, you also can see how the system works.

Here is how to change out the IPM which to confirm the failure you should do a CAN scan; you can get a CAN scanner (Controller Area Network) which will work on most cars from Amazon.
