Blinker & brake light out

1998 Dodge Ram 1500 2wd Automatic V6
Right rear brake light not working and blinker not working (visually) both bulbs are new. Right blinker only, makes fast blinking sound (new blinker bulbs in front and rear).

When a blinker flashes fast and one does not work usually means that there is a bad connection or the light is not grounded correctly. Take out what ever bulb is not working and clean it and the socket then check it. Check the voltage with a tester to make sure you are getting voltage to the socket.
