It could be the parking brake but if you changed the brakes, I would think a caliper piston is stuck. Unfortunately, there is no easy way to figure out what the issue is with out taking it back apart. However, I would not take all of them apart, I would use an infrared temperature gauge after driving it and see which rotor is hotter than the others. Clearly each rotor should be about the same temperature. The one that is is significantly hotter is the one that is most likely causing the issue and is the one you need to start with.
