2006 Jeep Liberty Two Wheel Drive Automatic

How do you get the rotor to release from car all parts have been removed but the rotor will not come of from the bottom

If this is the first brake job, there will be two flat tinnerman springs on two of the lugs, either unscrew them, or use sidecutters and rip them off, if still stuck, use a hammer to loosen the rust, if any!
