Hey Steve, how are you? Good I hope. I took a break from working on car but soon will pull dash out. I just need to know cam arm placements and the mode door and blend door setting when I reinstall them. I'm sure they will be out of order when I get them out. It's 2007 Ford Fusion 3.0 SEL single zone. How to have that in order adjustments etc. Any advice and help will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Billy

If the book is correct the levers should all be in the down position and the cam in it's resting position, there will be timing marks on the actuator/cam that show the locations as well. Ford wasn't nice like some others that have a way to move the cam to test it with the actuator off as they used the actuator shaft for the cam.

I will take pics of timing marks on the old ones tomorrow. If i'm not mistaking they are just three lines. I will send close up pics once I take them. It has been a long day on the east coast. Thank you and will send pics tomorrow.
Good night

I don't see either images or video? However the marks are just lines showing where the levers should be when the cam actuator is installed and in what position the cam itself needs to be.

Okay, those are the timing marks for the actuator itself, flip the cam over and it should have similar marks on the white cam.
