Car won't start and the OBD2 has P0123 code...

Is the M3 a manual or SMG? An `05 BMW with less than 30k miles is still covered under the factory warranty, did you want to let BMW fix this issue for you? What does happen when you try to start it? The P0123 code is for a throttle position sensor plausibility and shouldn't keep the car from starting.
