We have a new battery in the car. Occassionally, only after the car has warmed up and run awhile, if you turn it off and then go to re-start it, nothing happens. All lights and accessories come on, but the engine will not crank and starter will not engage. Once the engine has cooled down for about 20 minutes or so, the car starts fine. This one has me stumped.

Two to be suspected starter or ignition switch
ignition switch was more common to fail
to test when fails to start have a helper hold the key in start position as you check BLK/YEL wire at the starter for battery power if have power suspect a bad starter if no power
suspect switch and check the same color wire under the steering by the back of the switch same method hold key in start position if no power ignition switch at fault
remove and replace
