I Just changed my break pads on a 95 bmw 525i and drove it around the block. The next day I tried to start it and the key ignition does nothing, not even radio or dash board come on. when i have the door open it tells me there is a key in the ignition but still will not do anything. I charged the battery and still nothing.

Lets start with checking all the fuses for the front and rear fuse boxes. The rear is under the back seat on the left side. There is also a fusible link inside some shrink tubing that can be found by following the small wire from the positive battery terminal and it is mounted on a piece of Bakelite. Check for these items and repost if this issue needs more diagnosis, I will be standing by.
