It sounds like you have a loose connection at that headlight, check the electrical connector ensuring that it is making a good connection with lamp pins( be extemely careful with the bulb and DON'T TOUCH THE GLASS PART OF THE BULB OR IS WILL BLOW SHORTLY AFTER IT IS TURNED ON. If the connector is good then check the ground connection to make sure it is good and tightly connected without any corrosion. Lastly and very rare is that the bulb has a broken element that with the vibration of driving causes the element to make contact and will work till it vibrates open. Hope this helps
