my bmw 325i wouldnt start so replaced the battery it stilll wouldnt start so replaced the alternator now it turns over but wont start what else would I have to do

There are three things needed to have an engine run, fuel, spark and compression. We can probably rule out compression which leaves spark and fuel. If you spray a bit of brake clean or some other combustible aerosol into the intake tract and it starts and runs for a moment then it is a fuel issue. I request you start with that and keep in touch, I will be here all day.
