When using the blower motor switch with hot cold or A/C. The rush of air goes up and down on stages as it should and comes out of the vents depending on which are selected. However, as the switch is turned up to increase the airflow from the vents the motor and fan can be heard working as it should bit not a great deal of air comes from the vents. The vent system does not appear to have and obstructions or blockages and air does come out. Could the blower motor regulator be at fault? Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks

Good morning.

It could be the cage on the blower itself. It may be damaged or not spinning the correct speed.

Also, the seams on the duct work could be leaking air. If they are not completely sealed, air will leak out the joints and take away from the air flow to the car.
