Blinker signal hazard lights works intermittently

Blinker signal sometime for hazard lights sometimes work stops while working. Especially the left one.

Based on the intermittent nature of the problem, the best suspect is the combination flasher assembly. They have two separate circuits inside so it's common for the left and right to act differently. First be sure the unit is fully-seated in its socket. Sometimes they work loose from their heavy weight. Replace it if it isn't loose. It's in the Junction Block under the steering column.
