2005 Dodge Caravan 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My driver side power window does not go down or up. When using the left turning signal it does not return back to nutrural.

The switch in the steering column may be bad. The drivers window motor or regulator could also have problems. If all the other windows work ok, and your switch feels ok, it may be that. If none of the windows work it could be the fuse.
