If you have a test light, you can take the negative battery cable off, attach 1 end of light to the battery and 1 end to the cable, if it lights up bright you for sure have a drain. With light attached start pulling fuses 1 at a time and see if light goes out. If it does at least you have found the circuit that is causing the problem, make sure you check and see what all is controlled by that fuse. Also make sure all doors are shut and hood light bulb is out. Hope this helps
