About three days ago my front two speakers were making static noises, I knew they were not blown out, about four minutes later the battery charging system failure popped up on my HUD. I had a feeling it was either the aftermarket radio that was in it or the factory Monsoon AMP was giving out. As of today, my speakers are showing less symptoms, but it still happens sometimes. But then, I was driving to get some coffee and I put my car in park, after sitting there for about two minutes my car started chiming left and right and would not stop. My HUD said, "battery saver active" it also said, stability control, traction control, and ABS were all turning on and off. I then turned off my car to try and reset everything and it would not turn on. What could this be?

Start by checking that the battery terminals are clean and tight. Check at both ends, especially if it has side terminals as they love to corrode under the rubber covers. Check the ground side and the grounds from the engine to the chassis as well. Static and low power would go hand in hand with loose or corroded connections as the wires move around. Next get the battery and charging system load tested for both output and AC ripple. But with your description I am betting on a bad connection.
