I HAVE A LEAK BEHIND THE ALTANATOR BUT CANT FIND WHERE IT IS COMING FROM, WHEN I DRIVE IT SPLATTERS ALL OVER UNDER HOOD

Hello and thanks for the donation!
Check around the water pump to see if there is any signs of a leak there. Water pumps will leak coolant out of weep holes when they begin to fail. Also inspect your radiator hoses to ensure none are damaged or loose. Let me know how these look.

When you squeeze the hoses you should be able to feel pressurized coolant running through. If they are very easy to squeeze and you can barely feel a stream of coolant than that indicates a weak water pump.

There is a small elbo coming out of intake manifold that has a split and coolint is shooting out when I rev around 2500, how is this removed? Is it screwed in or pressed?

If its a hose it should either be clamped on or if its metal elbow it will be bolted on.
