After hosing the engine off, it will not start, alarm not working, and the trunk will not open

It won't start, my alarm won't work, and the trunk won't open. I didn't know I wasn't supposed to spry the engine off. I just sprayed it with water while I was cleaning it and rinsed it off. It wasn't running or anything.

Hello,

First you want to wait till the components are dry.
If you get water into any of the electrical components it can prevent the engine from starting.
Many times, if it just for water then when it dries it can work as usual.

So, when you turn the key is there power to the dash?
When do you try to start it what happens? Does it make any sound any clicking noise?

Have you tried to jump start it?
