Back window defogger and black rubber seals around all four doors

I need the type of rear defogger that is glued to the inside of the rear window. On the right side of the defogger box are 2 attached wires and they are to be soldered to the 2 contact tabs that stick out from the right edge of the glass.

In my research I'm finding many different defogger's for the 2003 Chevrolet Impala LS, but they're different than the one that came on my car. I have the repair kit for the defogger, but can't find the right one for my back window.
I'm purposely staying away from the Chevrolet GM parts
because they're too expensive for me. I'm buying after-market parts and they're much more affordable. Can you tell me the name/part number for the specific defogger that'll work for my car?

Rubber seals: The rubber seals that are around each door leaks rainwater and all need to be replaced. On the outside of the doors and located right above the glass is a thin strip of black strip/seal? And needs to be replaced. Also, on the outside of the Windows is an angled piece of rubber that cleans the outside of the glass i.E. Rain drops or condensation. This same angled piece of rubber is on the inside glass windows and clears off the inside condensation like the rubber window seal on the outside.

The trunk seal needs to be replaced too.
