Can't tell you for sure without actually going and looking at the vehicle and then driving it.
Things to look for though is obvious body damage, rust and cosmetics that hint towards further damage underneath, phrases like "new front end" are particularly suspicious as that implies the front end needed to be repaired. Don't hesitate to look under the car as well, rust, strangely bent shapes that should be strait, things like that are easy to spot. Check the tires for bad wear patterns that indicate frame or suspension problems. When you test drive listen for excessive humming or grinding or anything that sounds remotely odd. And no matter what anyone tells you take the engine as far up its tachometer as you feel comfortable as it is very important to see how the car will react under strain.
