Engine runs good, stalls, won't restart--wait awhile, starts

1994 Olds Regency 98. 150k mi, automatic, FWD. Engine starts right up, runs good. Will stall after Parking. Will not restart. Engine cranks OK. Wait about an hour, restarts immediately, runs OK. No fuel smell. Odd coincidence: elec. Windows and elec. Door locks will not work when the engine won't start. After waiting, car starts, windows and locks work OK. Seems like power is not available for windows. But headlights are bright, wipers, radio, starter motor strong (battery is OK). Replaced many sensors recently (O2, RPG, MAP, ECT Air temp) and muffler. Improved performance and lowered emissions. Runs great, but stalls. Symptoms suggested possible Crank Shaft Position Sensor problem, so replaced that. Engine continues to stall, or won't start. Maybe bad fuel pump--but how does that relate to elec. Window issue and what resets after an hour to enable engine to restart? Can engine run OK with bad fuel pump, then stall, not start, then work again? What else could cause these symptoms?

Dont replace ur fuel pump I had the same problem I spent a lot in parts fuel pump fuel filter harmonic balance crank sensor all of it and it ended up being the ECM I bet if you were to hook it up to a scope or have it diagnosed it will show a trouble code for your trans mine said I would be doing 175 mph when trans hit overdrive and shut down fuel so I suggest you look into that
