Engine is 4.3 Z series, I have replaced the thermostat, water pump, hoses. When the thermostat opens, the cooling system doesn't circulate. The van keeps overheating, before the problem, it ran 200 degrees PSI was 40, there's no water in the oil and no gas in the oil. Still running hot, because it won't circulate. I've removed the top hose to let the air out and it still is overheating.

Can anyone give me any other suggestions to help me out?

I would suspect the blades on the water pump have corroded away not allowing the the pump to do its job. I would look there next.

I've replaced the water pump already, so that can't be it. Any other suggestions before I take it to a shop?

The way to rule out the radiator is to feel the top fins and compare their temp to the lower fins. After it gets operating temp, they should be very close to equal. If it's clogged the upper fins will be a lot cooler. I hope this helps others too.
