4Runner Not Level

1992 4Runner - right front side about 1 inch lower than left. What are my options for leveling? I was told about adjusting the torsion bars, is that the best way? Could the coil springs be going bad, or the shocks?

If you have torsion bars then you don't have coil springs. If you have coil springs one may be broken. If you have torsion bars adjusting then will level the vehicle, but make sure the shocks are good first
