Left it with a garage they fixed said it was dirty oil?Grand for few months then overheating back the garage then new water pump and belts grand again for for months when it blew again. Cinlinder busted-headgasket. Got that done -then again it blew few months later. Brought it back they swore they did the work. But looked at it again. They said another cinlinder cracked again. They put a new set on and told me to sell it. Now car sits outside. Drives fine-but its off the road with white smoke coming from exhaust. Hi there.

Theres is only one head gasket. When I suspected head problem is repaired. I always need to know exactly where th problem is, so I know it has been repaired correctly. It well could be a cracked head, which has been missed, or a porous head, and depending on how bad the impact was in the crash, a cracked block. There are a few tell tail signs to which Cyl is faulty and this can help with pin pointing the problem. Dirty brown spark plugs are a sure sing, and carbon wash in the cylinder another. Your mechanic should be aware of these signs.
