Plz help My 1996 Geo Metro gives me a hard time starting when its cold. If I give it to much gas when the engine is cold it feels like it floods out and dies. When it warms up it runs nice and smooth. Plz help

It is located near the thermoatat housing and has two wires. The engine temp sender has one wire. Good Luck

Ok so I changed my coolant temperature sensor car starts up nice even when cold thats cool. Now when the engine is cold I still have to wait till it warms up because once I give it gas and let go the engine wont idle it will die. Once the engine heats up though it runs fine.

Another thing I realized is the wierdest thing in the world, if I turn my head lights or parking lights on the car will idle high and low but once I turn them off the car instantly gose back to normal. Hmmmm I wonder what that is all about.

Well plz help once again, I HATE car problems.
