1989 surbru Justy drive train?

I have a 89 surbu justy the best way to describe the probelm is its an automatic trans its like the front end is locked up I can reb the engine up and the car will barley move it fells like something is slipping

Im sorry but your question is a little unclear, but if I understand it correctly the car revs up but doesnt move. If it is a manaul trans, the clutch is slipping, if it is a auto trans the trans is slipping. If it is a auto trans start with checking the fluid level
