my mother bought a midget that had an electrical fire, my husband and I are trying to get it running. I am trying to find an electrical diagram for the vehicle so that we can figure out if we have the wiring correct. It still wont start. We have tried a new harness but it is not the same. We are at a total loss on this. Someone tried to fix it prior to us starting and I think we have a royal mess on our hands

Hi girlshoty,

It is not going to be easy getting a wiring diagram for this vehicle and I can only suggest trying to get it from the repair manual link attached. Write to the publisher and they might be able to help you.

In the mean time you can try getting the vehicle started.

Isolate the engine ignition and starting system wires from other electricals and start from there. Get the engine running and then go by each system accordingly.

I have a TR6 and I found a guru of British cars. His name is Dan Masters. I suggest you search his name, you won't be disappointed. He can probably send you an electrical manual for your car for a small fee.
