Small hole under the throttle body sucking air, horrible gas mileage

well, I bought this truck at an auction runs great but there is a small hole under the throttle bottle that is just a small nipple nothing on it sucking air. I put my finger over it the engine sounds like it runs smoother. Also my coolant is leaking but not while running and I have never seen from where it leaks.

You will need to start a new post for the coolant leak. Can you see a vacuum line that connected to the vacuum port? Here is a vacuum line diagrams to help you see what's going on. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.
