No air blowing out the A/C vents

My air conditioner is working but only blows through the floor and defrost.

Hello,

It sounds like you have a faulty mode door actuator.
The mode door actuator or motor controls which vents the air will flow. Many times, it fails or gets stuck in one certain position and won't allow it to change the setting.

The mode door actuator is located behind the glove box.
