Climate control

I have just changed the transmission on my 1999 3.2 tl. The car rides great but now the air conditioning and heat are not working. The climate cintrol displays the temperatue but nothing comes out of the vents. I've check the fuses but dont know what else to do. Is there anything I can do or check before getting another costly repair.

There are a number of motors and relays associated with that system. What I wonder about is the timing of the failure in association with the tranny replacement. I make that comment because doing the job that was done requires hands all over the engine well. Is it possible that something was knocked loose or that a ground was not replaced?
