95 acura legend,170,000 miles signal and hazard lights have stopped working.last week signals were blinking fast and replaced bulbs did not work continued to blink fast and days later lights stopped working inside and out and noticed fog and hazards not working.what to do?

Check your hazard/flasher unit it has to go thru there before it gets to the lights.

what and where is the hazard/flasher unit?,also had someone to look at the fuse and that is fine.

In the area of the fuse is the flasher control. Since you have said that it does not work, go buy the replacement flasher and then match the item.
