Fuel door

I cant get my fuel door open, my car is an Acura legend im not sure what model year though.

The cable to open the door is either broken or frozen. It is also possible that the latch it toast as well. Using a small blade you should be able to open the latch by slipping it in over the latch area and gently prying the latch down to release the door. Lube, repair or replace the assembly.
