During initial starting and at idling condensation in the exhaust system would result in water being discharged from the exhaust and that is normal.

Well actually I started the car and let it warm up before I even saw the liquid appear and it was at high rpms that the liquid was ejected I thought it may have been fuel from the timing being off and not burning it all off
and next payday ill be purchasing a new vtec gasket a timing light and doing an oil change and ill let you know how that turns out
i hope that it gets better most of all the oil stops leaking
but it doesnt make any sense that supposedly all the oil`s gone but the oil light doesnt come on

If it is fuel being ejected, the cat converter would be running red hot. I believe that is condensation ( water ) being ejected.

Did you check if the oil light is working correctly? Even at very low oil level, the light might not come on or it would only flash intermittently.

Well I didnt neccessarily check the light but when I turn the engine on w/o turning it on all the lights turn on and eventually all turn off so I just figured the light was working correctly
and I really didnt check to see if the cat was red or not but you may be right
and I know that the oil light prob works the same as the gas light
but the oil light has never came on during regular running
and when I dump the oil during the change like I said the right amount is in there but it kinda seems thinned out and smells alot like gasoline

If the right amount of oil is inside, then the dipstick should be able to detect the level.

Gas in the oil means too much fuel is getting into the cylinders and getting past the rings but under such condition, there should be excessive smoke and the engine should be running erratically at idle due it running excessively rich and the sparks plugs would be fouled.

My bad I meant that theres still oil in there only about 2 qts at the most but it does seem thinned out and my last set of spark plugs were fouled bad after only a dew weeks after buying them then someone told me that brand doesnt work very well with tuners so I upgraded to ngk iridium and the car seemed to work fine for a while but now it seems the car is sluggish now and delays before takeoff
i havent checked the sparkplugs yet again but I would doubt it if those ones are fouled up now too
and sometimes at idle the car`s rpms would go way up close to 3gs sometimes then back to idle and back and forth
and I have seen smoke but its rare I though it had nothing to do with these problems I though I was because I was a really hot day or water had gotten on the enigne

I meant I wouldnt doubt it if the spark plugs were already fouled again

I would suggest this. Get the leaking repaired and then perform a tune up with checking the ignition timing.

After that retest vehicle and monitor the engine oil condition.

After some running, recheck the oil level again and also the spark plug conditions.

Alright i just got done retiming my car earlier today and while i was marking the pulley with the chalk and noticed that the splash guard had oil residue on it and it looks like the oil pan gasket is messed up again and i already replaced it not even six months ago and im thinkin possibly the gasket behind the pulley might be bad or something cause there seems to be grease clumped up on everything around the pulley whats your idea(s) on this cause im upset that i seem to fix one thing and another thing goes out

and now that ive retimed my car the sputtering and misfiring has died down i had to adjust the timing closer to tdc because its was already perfectly timed on the red timing mark

The grease seems to be from the inner CV joint. Check the boot for tears and the clips to ensure they are secure.

As to oil on the splash shield, the only way to find out is to clean the area and run the engine then check for the source of the leak.

Regarding the ignition timing, do you mean it does not run well when the timing is at the red mark? If yes, you need to recheck the cam timing again.

The rear cam might be out of time.

I just replaced that axle though why would it already be messed up?
And yea im about to change the oil so before I do that ill check were its coming form because I do not like changing that pan gasket its not hard its just messy
and I got the car as best timed as it can be because I have after market cam gears and I dont have the spec cards because they came on the car and the wheels are now discontinued so I cant locate them should I buy another set
and I replaced the vtec gasket and im glad I did because the old one was quite hard and broke apart while I was taking it off
and I fixed the cam seal also

I do not have the specs for the valve timing so would not be able to help you on the timing.

If the axle is new, the grease could be there before the so clean them up and retest.

Axles sometimes do have the boot bands slightly out of specs so it they ae loose, grease would be silled out while running.

So should I buy new cam wheels or no?
And can I tighten up the clamps
or do I need to replace something?

If the clamps are not sufficiently tight, retightening them would do.

As to the camsprockets, unless it is oem where it would be standard. Otherwise you would need the valve lift specs to adjust them. If not you would have to go by a trial and error whereby you mark the initial point and then you can try moving the cam position slightly forward or backwards.

Usually when adjustable cam sprockets are installed, they would tend to increasr the timing of the valve lift so you can try retarding the cam slightly. Remember to mark the initial piont correctly and to retard the valve lift, the cam sprocket must move forward slightly so that the camshaft would be slower than initial.

Alright I dont understand why I changed the oil pan gasket for the third time and its sealed and everything and theres no visible signs of leaking ( no puddles under the vehicle or drip spots or anything) but I had it full yesterday and now its to half full, and I made sure I didnt over torque it, I just dont understand why and how the oil is dissappearing
its really frustrating me!

When no oil leaks are present, the only way oil could be disappearing would be via :

1. Valve seals.
2. Piston oil rings.
3. Intake manifold via the PCV.

For any of the above conditions to occur, it would not use up half the oil on the dipstic mark, it should be almost 1 quart for that amount, unless the engine is smoking badly from the exhaust.

Top up the oil and check the oil under the same conditions, ie before start up every morning. After starting the oil level might be different as some oil could be trapped somewhere and not getting down to the sump fast enough.

The thing is I filled it up with whatever oil I had left which was just over a quart and then I checked it and the oil level was way above the top mark and one of my buddies told me that when I hit vtec a small puff of black smoke came out of my exhaust
could this be part of the oil dissappearing?

If any oil is being burnt in the engine, the smoke should be grey and not black. Black smoke are from unburnt fuel rather than oil.

It needs to be smoking badly for the oil to be disappearing that fast. Remove the oil filler cap with engine idling anc check if the blowby gas is being pushed out with smoke.
