2002 Acura CL Tail and dash lights went out

I was driving and I either hit something, or the fender just came off, and my dash and tail lights went out, my driver front blinker went out, and my doors no longer lock with my key chain. When I examined it, I found wires hanging from the drivers front that appeared to go to the blinkers. I checked the fuse for the dash lites and it was not blown.
