Interior Dashboard Lights

When I turn on my head lights, all interior panel lights on dashboard, radio and gear shifter are dark. How do I adjust the lights so that all interior lights are on as the headlights are on? What could be the cause of the problem? Is there an interior adjustment to brighten the interior lights or dim them at night?

the lights in the radio and gear shift are burned out and need to be replaced.

Have you tried adjusting the knob on the instrument cluster? You can rotate it clockwise and counter clockwise.
