AC transducer

Does the Freon need to be removed to replace the AC transducer on the vehicle listed above? The switch is screwed into the passenger side of the condenser behind the radiator and does not look like other pressure switches i have replaced on other vehicles that did not need Freon removed.

I would say yes. It would be highly unlikely to have any sort of shraeder valve in the condenser.
