The passenger side air vents will occasionally stick on all heat or all cold. Also when I start the car the dash control is very slow to turn on. 30-45 seconds. I sometimes have to restart it with the auto button. I think it is a blend door going bad. Where can I find this blend door on my car and is it possible to give me a part number? I have seen several listed with not very good descriptions.
Vehicle listed above is a limited model. Serial number starts with a 5.

Hi,

On this vehicle, there are two blend air door actuators, one for the driver's side and one for the passenger's side.

Since you indicated you had to hit the "Auto Button" I assume it has automatic climate control. So, that is what I am providing below.

If you look at the attached pic, number 3 shows the driver's side actuator and number 4 in the picture shows the passenger's side actuator.

Here is a link that explains in general how one is replaced. You can use this as a guide.

I'm going to make a recommendation before you replace anything. This vehicle is somewhat new. It has what is called a can-bus system. CAN stands for controller area network. Basically, all the modules/computers are tied together via a couple wires. What I would do is have the can-bus scanned to see what codes are stored in the HVAC module. A basic scanner can't do this, so you will need to find someone that has one with the ability to read can codes. By having this done, you may find the actuators are not responsible for the problem.

Here is a video showing how it is done:

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have other questions.

Take care,

Joe
