What all must be removed to reach the A/C compressor? Any diagrams for this project would be awesome!

Here is the process from the manual. Let me know if you need more info and I will try to track something down. Clearly we will need to find some videos online but these are not always reliable.

Let me know and we can go from there. Thanks

Thank you Kasekenny.
I have the basic starter tools, aside from the pulley puller is there anything else you know of that I would need?

No. You should not need any other special tools. Let me know how you make out or if you have other questions on this process. Thanks

I see you posted a new question for this. I will not post the process here as that would just be a duplication but let us know if you need more info. Thanks

Where should the wire for the other end of the black wire be located?

This wire connects to where the old compressor hooked to. Basically this is the power wire for the compressor. So when you removed the old compressor, where did you unhook the compressor? If you unhooked the wire from the compressor itself, then you could just reuse that wire and connect it to this compressor where this wire is connected. If that wire goes in under the pulley then you will just want to solder that wire to the black wire that is already there.

That wire wasn't hooked up on the old one. Took it to get it flushed and charged. They charged it and said it had no voltage to the compressor. It wasn't blowing cold. Got the power wire hooked up. Little bit later belt burnt off. Compressor locked up. No idea what went wrong. Last I heard a system couldn't be charged without the clutch engage. Some guy said may e the had the high side to high, might be hope for it yet. So I'm not sure what went wrong?

Anyways power steering pump had to be pulled. Ratcheting wrenches would of been awesome. Has to be the thin ones though. Fan and such didn't need removed. The back lower bolt couldn't get it out as it was to long and butted up against something else. Left it for last and just pulled it out still on the compressor. So be sure to put back bolt Into the compressor before sitting it back down in there otherwise the bolt is to long to fit in. Just a few things I learned and thought I'd share for someone else.

Thanks for all the help!
