97 isuzu rodeo engine/ starter/ a/c compressor failure

what can cause the starter to burn up,the a/c compressor to burn up, and the engine to lock up all at once

What do you mean by burn up? A locked engine may be seized due to over heating or oil starvation, but this will not normally affect a starter or the A/C comp in the same way.
