I need to know how to unclog (if that's the problem) the drain tube on my 03 stratus. When I run my ac it don't drain outside it drains in drivers side floorboard. Where is the drain tube located. A mechanic that normally doesn't work on ac's told me I would have to remove the motor. But I don't see that. Just need to know where to look for the tube and how to unclog it.

Removing the engine is just a little drastic. Are you sure he wasn't being sarcastic? The tube hangs down from the passenger side of the firewall, under the hood. I can't remember for sure but if you have a four cylinder engine I think you can see the rubber tube from on top. With the V-6 engine you will most likely have to crawl underneath and reach up to get to the tube. Squeeze the end of it to open it up. If nothing comes out, there's a wire ring holding the tube to a plastic spout. Squeeze the ends of that ring to allow the tube to be pulled off, then carefully stick a pencil into the spout to clear any debris.
