Stopping at idle it begins to blow warm/hotter air

AC had been tested by a mechanic buddy who told me that the refrigerant is not out of spec or low meaning he doesn't think there is a leak. That being said he was way too busy at the time to dive into another project. AC blows with good gusto cold when vehicle is moving down the road. Almost immediately at stopping at idle it begins to blow warm/hotter air. If anyone has a pretty good idea of what this is please let me know I would appreciate it. Thanks for listening gents. This issue is one of two reasons. First the freon is low or you have a restriction in the system that requires the air blowing across the condenser to get the A/C to blow cold.

So even if he thinks the pressures are okay, we need to check them. Here is a guide that will help with this:

Below you will find the chart that will help with pressures and that will show us what the issue is.
