Couple things we need to check before we go too far. First, how do you know that it is full of Freon. That is by far the leading cause of this issue.
Many people think that because there is Freon in the system that it is full or they use one of the fill canisters from the parts store and the little gauge says it is in the green so they assume it is full. Unfortunately that is not accurate so we need to check the high and low side pressures with an actual gauge set. Then we need to evacuate the system and pull it into a vacuum to check for leaks. Any repair we make will not last if there are leaks so this is always the first step when we have this issue.
Here is a guide that will help with this:

Please let us know what the pressures are when the engine is off and then with it on and the A/C on Max.
Once we get the actual pressures we will have a better idea as to what the issue is but below is a chart that will help with it. I suspect the compressor is faulty but we need to confirm this with these pressures. So if you don't have a set you can rent them from most parts stores.
Let us know what you find with this and we can go from there. Thanks
