What motor are you talking about engine or blower motor? Is the engine reving up and down or is the blower motor reving? I just need more specifics. Let me know

You may have a charging system issue. Most retail auto parts suppliers will test the charging system for free so have it tested.

It is normal for the engine RPMs to increase when the a/c is switched on. The a/c compressor adds a extra load on the engine so the the RPMs or engine speed increases to meet the demand of the compressor.
