They are almost always on the passenger side of the firewall, under the hood. Look for a 4" long rubber hose with a 90 degree bend, hanging down. Water will drip onto the ground just inside of and behind the right front tire.
If the drain is blocked, water will build up in the drain pan and overflow onto the passenger's floor area. To solve that, locate that drain hose and squeeze the end to open it up. If no debris comes out, squeeze the wire ring that holds it on, then pull the hose off. Stick a pencil into the plastic spout to try to dislodge any debris.
If the moldy smell continues, dealers' parts departments have a spray product to neutralize the odor.
