99 Chrysler t&c van will not Move

My fiance van will not move in reverse, drive, 1st or 2nd gear she went to leave the other day she put it in reverse it would not move when push the gas it barley moved then jerked and made a loud noise,
from park to reverse you can hear it go in to gear she says you can hear a raddle noise, from park or reverse to drive, 1st or 2nd you can not hear or feel it go into gear also will not move in these gears

Is the trans fluid clean and full? Has the check engine light come on?

Yes on the fluid and no on the ses light

Since there is no light on, it becomes a guessing game. However, no light usually indicates there are no problems with sensors. It sounds like an internal (mechanical) issue with the transmission. The only way to pinpoint the problem is to remove, disassemble, and inspect the internal components.
