2000 Chrysler Town and Country my transmission

when I start out to pulled out onto the road my transmission will not kick into gear it is just making a winding noise..The fluid is normal a lite brown it will go foreward and reverse it will not kick into gear is my problem please help me Thank you Ralph

Need to run code check suspect speed sensors input or output and or tranny solenoid pack \ good luck
