Diagnostic fault codes never say to replace parts or that one is bad. They only indicate the circuit or system that needs further diagnosis, or the unacceptable operating condition. While a defective oxygen sensor can set this code, it is much more likely to be set by a wiring problem. Start by looking for cut or grounded wires to the sensor, and corroded or stretched connector terminals.
This code suggests the sensor is working. It is just reporting an unacceptable condition.
